About Us

Dyann Wiley, CEO & Founder

Dyann Wiley, BSN-RN is a Flint, MI native who later moved to Grand Rapids, MI and graduated from Ottawa Hills High School. She entered the healthcare world in 2014 as a CNA. From there, she became a Medical Assistant, phlebotomist, LPN, and also ADN-RN. She is no stranger to working her way up the ladder.


Nursing is dear to her heart and she has grown in her love of the profession from working as a floor nurse in hospitals, clinicals, nursing homes, to working in management. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next clinical healthcare changemakers.

At Zayleigh Alexander Training Center, LLC, our mission is to provide high-quality, accessible, and innovative training programs that empower individuals to excel in the healthcare field. We are committed to fostering a supportive learning environment that equips students with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience necessary to deliver compassionate, effective care. Through expert instruction and up-to-date curriculum, we strive to contribute to the development of a skilled and dedicated workforce that enhances the quality of patient care and meets the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

Zayleigh Alexander Training Center, LLC was founded on December 16th, 2024 to empower those interested in the healthcare field. Our team is comprised of highly qualified nursing professionals who with over 30 years of combined experience. Our instructors are very passionate about what they do and in their instructional abilities.
